This giveaway is sponsored and administered by Empact Lightning Protection (“Sponsor”), located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. The giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and are legal residents within the Sponsor’s service area, defined as the State of Oklahoma. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Sponsor may be excluded from participation. The giveaway begins on April 13, 2026 and ends on May 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM local time. Winners will be announced on May 6, 2026 or within a reasonable timeframe thereafter. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be eligible. To enter, participants must like the official giveaway post on Facebook and follow the Sponsor’s Facebook page. Participants are encouraged, but not required, to comment with a charity or outreach organization they would like to support and to share the giveaway post. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Two (2) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Each winner will receive one (1) $750 OFF Gift Certificate applicable toward services offered by Empact Lightning Protection. The certificate is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted. The certificate must be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s service terms and is valid throughout 2026 or as otherwise stated on the certificate. Winners will be announced publicly on the Sponsor’s Facebook page and may be contacted via comment reply and/or direct message. If a selected winner does not respond within 48–72 hours, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner. As part of this giveaway, the Sponsor will make a donation to a charity or outreach organization selected by each winner. The selected organization must be a verified nonprofit organization and must align with the Sponsor’s mission and values. Organizations must align with our mission and values; eligibility will be determined at our discretion. If a selected organization is deemed ineligible, the winner may be required to select an alternative organization. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these terms. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and agree to allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes where permitted by law. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. The Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in network hardware or software. The Sponsor is not responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize. Any personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this giveaway and will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill the prize or as required by law.
